Fans of Biblical epics will be happy to know that today Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is releasing The Bible Stories: Solomon & The Bible Stories: Jeremiah on DVD.  The stories are obviously well-known, and we all know they’re great ones, so those interested in Biblical/historical films will want to check these out.

The first film, Solomon, stars Ben Cross and Vivica A. Fox, and is of epic length at 172 minutes.  The second, Jeremiah, stars Patrick Dempsey, and clocks in at a mere 95 minutes.  Both films are rated PG.
