Today, a day that could be considered frabjous, Disney has released Tim Burton’s most curiouser and curiouser film adaptation of Alice in Wonderland on DVD and Blu-Ray.  We reviewed this strangely wonderful film when it opened in theatres on March 5th, all giving it a most excellent review.  You can read our reviews of the film here, and here is our review of The Visual Guide that was released to accompany the film.  Our completely bonkers consensus for the movie was:

“Alice in Wonderland is a visually stunning achievement from Tim Burton. Though it will be too dark for young kids, this is a dark delight for teens and adults. Hugely enjoyable and tons of fun from beginning to end. ***7/8 (Out of 4) [Sorry for the Gallymoggers 7/8 stars, we must really be bonkers – all the best people are]”

Klotchyn:  It is available to buy in three formats.  Standard DVD, single-disc Blu-Ray and as a 3-disc Blu-Ray/DVD combo.  All three formats come with bonus featurettes, but the Blu-Ray includes the most.
