On September 21st, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment released the complete first season of the hit musical TV show Glee on Blu-ray & DVD.  Now in its second season, the edgy and entertaining show has served as a groundbreaking revival of musicals in the face of pop culture.  The complete first season is a must-have for all ‘Gleeks.’

 

Although I have been critical of the high school-set show on several occasions, there are still many good episodes with inspiring messages of inclusion and tons of great musical numbers that I look forward to revisiting on DVD.

 

The Blu-ray includes cast & crew commentaries, karaoke, audition pieces and several featurettes.
