Today 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment is releasing four of their films on Blu-ray.  The first of which is a recent summer blockbuster, the other three are classics new to BD.  Each is available to buy separately.  Enjoy!

 

Predators: Starring Adrien Brody, Predators is now available on DVD & Blu-ray.  Released in theatres on July 9th, this sci-fi thriller will be best enjoyed by fans of the preexisting franchise.

 

Predators is 106 minutes and rated 14A.

 

Romeo + Juliet & Moulin Rouge!: In 1996 Baz Luhrmann adapted Romeo + Juliet for the big screen.  Starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes, this gritty, suburban version brought the action to modern time, yet still retained the original dialogue.

 

Five years later, Lurhmann brought us Moulin Rouge! Featuring contemporary music, and starring Nicole Kidman and Ewen McGregor against the backdrop of a Paris nightclub, this modern classic came alive with vibrant song and dance numbers and is a perfect fit for HD.

 

Romeo + Juliet is 120 minutes and rated PG.  Moulin Rouge! is 128 minutes and rated PG.

 

The Rocky Horror Picture Show: In 1975 audiences were first introduced to The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Originally failing at the box office, it went on to become a cult sensation of midnight showings and outrageous costumes.  Featuring an attached book of photos, this 35th anniversary Blu-ray release is the perfect way for fans to add this musical to their collection.  Next Tuesday, the hit TV show Glee will pay homage to this cult-classic.
