The Disney Princess Encyclopedia
From Snow White to Tiana, (published before Tangled), this encyclopedia profiles each princess and her respective film. Great for young fans of the films, the book is very visual-centric and the text is easy to read. It’s a fun book sure to be appreciated.
Star Wars Year by Year – A Visual Chronicle
Profiling the original trilogy, the time in-between, the prequel trilogy and the Clone Wars series, this has everything you need for an overview of this epic group of films. The book comes inside a cardboard slipcase, and inside the front cover there is a pocket with two photos – one a piece of lighting concept artwork from Clone Wars, the other a photo of Harrison Ford on the set of The Empire Strikes Back during principal photography. With the history this book provides, (although many fans may already be familiar with the information), fans young and old will want this one in their collection.
The Rough Guide to Cult Movies 3rd ed.
This book is a blend of trivia and opinion on films that have found their place in history. From films like The Big Lebowski, to Duck Soup, to the new Star Trek film, there is something for everyone here, from all eras. The book is organized into sections by type of film – from ‘action’ to ‘zombies.’
