NEON has just put out the first trailer for Sentimental Value, which won the Grand Prix at Cannes. This is director Joachim Trier’s follow up to The Worst Person in the World, reuniting him with star Renate Reinsve. Stellan Skarsgård and Elle Fanning also star. It’s one of my most anticipated films of the fall.

The film received incredible reviews out of Cannes, and is currently receiving a lot of awards season buzz. It opens in select theatres on November 7th. I’m anticipating a showing at a few of the fall film festivals first, including TIFF.
