Just in time for last-minute holiday purchasing, two films are being released by Warner Home Video.  Legend of the Guardians and The Town.  The first is an animated adventure to be enjoyed by teens and adults (our reviews here), and the second the newest critically acclaimed film directed by Ben Affleck.

When we reviewed Legend of the Guardians on September 24th, our consensus for the film was:

 

“Although Legend of The Guardians boasts stunning animation, the story isn’t told well enough to be truly engaging past the visuals.  But for teens and adults, (particularly those interested in animation), they may still want to check this one out. *** (Out of 4)”
