Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides Visual Guide Book Review By Erin V.

With the release today of the fourth Disney Pirates film, On Stranger Tides, we get another visual guide from Dorling Kindersley to read and relive the film through.

Filled with images from the film and short paragraphs on each page, these ‘guide books’ are always nice to look through after watching the film.  And, considering the often confusing plot-nature of the Pirates films, after watching one it’s fun to be able to go through a book to sort out little plot points and facts about the characters that were either not revealed in the film, or missed on first viewing.

As with all the visual guides from DK, this one goes into brief details of the main characters, locations, and plot points.  Overall at 72 pages, it’s a short and fun read for Pirates fans from older kids to adult.
