Today, eOne Films is releasing The Kennedys on DVD.  An eight part miniseries about the life of one of the most infamous families in American political history, this was one of the biggest television events of the past several months that garnered as much acclaim as it did controversy.  With an all-star cast that includes Katie Holmes, Greg Kinnear, Tom Wilkinson and Barry Pepper in a role that just won an Emmy, all eight episodes are worth checking out for those interested in the private and public life of the fabled political family.

The DVD includes all eight episodes over three discs, as well as a ‘making of’ featurette.  The Blu-ray is not yet available in Canada.

The Kennedys is 360 minutes and rated PG.
