Today, Walt Disney Home Entertainment is releasing the charming family film The Odd Life of Timothy Green on Blu-ray & DVD, just in time for the holiday season.  With solid performances and a heartwarming script by director Peter Hedges, this is a touching and admirably unique little film that comes recommended to those of all ages and would make a good gift for anyone in the family.  We reviewed The Odd Life of Timothy Green when the film opened in theatres back on August 15th, and our overall consensus was:

“With good performances from Jennifer Garner, Joel Edgerton and likeable newcomer CJ Adams, The Odd Life of Timothy Green is an undeniably touching family film that delivers a unique premise with charming Disney magic.  *** (Out of 4)”

The Blu-ray includes commentary with Peter Hedges, five deleted scenes, two featurettes and a music video for Glen Hansard’s touching song, “This Gift.”

The Odd Life of Timothy Green is 104 minutes and rated G.
