Today, Disney Home Entertainment is releasing the Oscar-nominated Wreck-It Ralph on Blu-ray & DVD.  With an excellent voice cast led by John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer and Jane Lynch, this is an incredibly entertaining and surprisingly heartfelt animated film that holds up well to multiple viewings.  We reviewed Wreck-It Ralph when it was in theatres back on November 2nd and all highly recommended the film, our overall consensus was:

“Brilliantly animated and filled with likeable characters brought to life through an excellent voice cast, Disney’s Wreck-It Ralph is an incredibly entertaining and equally heartfelt film that lovingly pays homage to classic video games.  **** (Out of 4)”

The Blu-ray includes deleted scenes, a featurette with the filmmakers and a look at the video game references behind the film.  The Ultimate Collector’s Edition comes with a copy of the film in 3D, and also included is the beautifully animated and Oscar-winning short Paperman.
