DVD Release: The Cary Grant Film Collection
Today, 20th Century Fox has released The Cary Grant Film Collection on DVD, a good mix of screwball comedies and classic dramas. The six films included in the set are Born to be Bad (1934), I Was a Male War Bride (1949), People Will Talk (1951), Monkey Business (1952), An Affair to Remember (1957) and Kiss Them for Me (1957).
For fans of the popular actor who never played a villain throughout his 72 films, The Cary Grant Film Collection is a nicely packaged set that offers a couple of his well known classics along with a few that have been less widely available over the years. With supporting roles from Marilyn Monroe in the amusing Monkey Business and Deborah Kerr in the classic romance An Affair to Remember, this six disc set offers a good way to add these films to your personal collection.
The DVDs all have their own bonus features, including trailers for the different films on five of the respective discs.
