Today, 20th Century Fox released Epic on Blu-ray & DVD.  The latest from Blue Sky Studios, this is an agreeable animated film that is sure to keep younger audiences entertained by the characters and frequent action.  We reviewed Epic in theatres back on May 30th, and our consensus was:

“Although parts of Epic feel underdeveloped and the title could be considered misleading, the film has some beautiful animation and a couple of well done action scenes, and is sure to be enjoyed by the younger members of the audience.  **1/2 (Out of 4)”

The Blu-ray has over forty minutes of bonuses, including five featurettes.

Epic is 102 minutes and rated PG.
