New releases for the week of July 24th, 2026.

Theatrical Releases:

Her Private Hell (Limited Release): It’s a somewhat slow week for new releases, landing right in between The Odyssey and next week’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The “biggest” film this week is this latest from Danish filmmaker Nicolas Winding Refn (Drive, The Neon Demon), set in a futuristic city engulfed in mist and starring Sophie Thatcher, Charles Melton, Kristine Froseth and Havana Rose Liu. It’s a neon-infused mix of high camp fashion melodrama, Giallo homage, serial killer thriller, and hazy arthouse dreamscape that prioritizes visual style over narrative substance.
