Today, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment is releasing the found footage film Chronicle on Blu-ray & DVD.  Directed by Josh Trank and led by a good cast, this is an interesting little science fiction film that mixes in elements of horror and is well worth a look.  We reviewed Chronicle when it opened in theatres on February 3rd, our overall consensus was:

“Although not groundbreaking like some have suggested and a little uneven in the last act, Chronicle is a mix of sci-fi and horror that entertains at a brisk pace of 84-minutes, with believable performances and some inventive camerawork.  **1/2 (Out of 4)”

The Blu-ray includes a couple of featurettes and a deleted scene, as well as a director’s cut of the film.

Chronicle is 84 minutes and rated 14A.
