Last week, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment released the complete second season of Homeland on Blu-ray & DVD.  The winner of multiple awards, the second season follows former CIA operative Carrie Mathieson (Claire Danes) as she falls back into her game of deceit with mysterious ex-Marine Nicholas Brody (Damien Lewis), as they encounter a new terrorist threat.

With a tight plot that maintains suspense between episodes and builds with a sense of intrigue, this is an entertaining and addictive show that lends itself well to being watched in rapid succession.  With excellent performances from Claire Danes, Damien Lewis and Mandy Patinkon, Homeland: The Complete Second Season is highly recommended before the third season kicks off on September 29th.

The three disc Blu-ray set includes all twelve episodes, along with deleted scenes, several featurettes and a prologue to the upcoming third season.
